BY FAX  If you wish, you can fax your order into us, please make sure to include your order, along with your shipping and billing address, phone number and email with your payment information. 

BY E-MAIL Our maximum response time to most customer service inquiries is 48 hours. During our normal business hours, however, we will respond to customer inquiries within 1 - 4 hours.
